Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order — international shipping is already included in each item's price. There is nothing to add at checkout.

Where we ship from

All orders ship from Tokyo, Japan.

Sourcing and dispatch time

306 Cycles specializes in one-of-a-kind used parts sourced from the Japanese market. When you place an order, we secure your item from our sourcing network, inspect and photograph it in Tokyo, and then ship it. Please allow 5–10 business days between order and dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Item availability

Because each item is a unique used part, in rare cases an item may become unavailable at the moment of sourcing (e.g., sold locally just before your order). If this happens, we will contact you within 2 business days and offer either a comparable alternative or an immediate full refund — your choice. See our Refund Policy.

Carriers and delivery time

We ship with Japan Post (EMS / registered international mail) or international couriers, depending on size and destination. Typical delivery time to the US is 5–10 days after dispatch. All shipments include tracking.

Customs and import duties

Orders to the United States ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all US import duties and taxes are included in our prices. No customs bills, no brokerage fees, no surprises at delivery.

For destinations outside the US, orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country; these are the buyer's responsibility.

Large items (frames, complete bikes)

Frames, wheelsets, and complete bikes ship free as well — complete bikes travel as two EMS parcels (frame box + wheel box). Items over 15 kg packed cannot currently be ordered online; email us and we will quote them individually.
